Team Notaro Photography Services Terms and Conditions

1. Booking and Confirmation:

   • To secure our photography services, a non-refundable deposit is required upon booking.

   • Dates are reserved on a first-come, first-served basis.

2. Payment:

   • Full payment is due before or on the day of the event.

   • Additional charges may apply for extra services not included in the initial agreement.

3. Cancellation and Rescheduling:

   • The client may cancel the services, but the deposit is non-refundable.

   • In the event of a rescheduled date, efforts will be made to accommodate the new schedule, subject to availability.

4. Client Cooperation:

   • The client agrees to cooperate with the photographer to achieve the best possible results.

   • Any delays or disruptions caused by the client may affect the quality and coverage of the photography.

5. Image Delivery:

   • The photographer will provide a selection of edited, high-resolution images.

   • The delivery timeframe will be specified in the contract.

6. Usage Rights:

   • The client receives personal usage rights for the delivered images.

   • The photographer retains copyright and may use images for promotional purposes, unless otherwise agreed upon.

7. Model Release:

   • The client grants permission for the photographer to use images for promotional purposes, unless a written request for privacy is submitted.

8. Editing and Retouching:

   • The photographer has the creative discretion for editing and retouching.

   • Requests for specific editing styles should be discussed before the event.

9. Equipment Failure:

   • In the case of equipment failure or unforeseen circumstances, the photographer will make reasonable efforts to provide a replacement or reschedule.

10. Liability:

    • The photographer is not liable for any accidents, injuries, or damages that may occur during the event.

    • The client is responsible for the conduct of their guests and ensuring a safe environment.

11. Force Majeure:

    • Neither party shall be held responsible for circumstances beyond their control, such as acts of God, natural disasters, or government actions.

12. Dispute Resolution:

    • Any disputes shall be resolved through mediation or arbitration in accordance with local laws.
